Signal acquisition and agreed logic / interlocks defined by equipment and process descriptions.
Motor & Automation Control · Signals & Logic
PLC control cabinets support signal acquisition, logic control and equipment interlocking. PLC, power supply, I/O modules, relays, terminals and HMI are configured to equipment and process needs; not all items are included by default.
Choose empty enclosures or assembled equipment. Empty supply does not include PLC, HMI, power supply, electrical devices or internal wiring by default. Assembly follows confirmed drawings and the device list; programs, screens, interface development and site work require a separate agreement.

These uses help assess suitability; they are not completed project references.
Signal acquisition and agreed logic / interlocks defined by equipment and process descriptions.
Control interfaces confirmed against instrument signals, equipment status and process requirements.
Operation and communication options defined by equipment logic and local / remote requirements.
Start with equipment descriptions and available I/O information to define control and system-interface scope.
Options follow manual pages 22–23. Supply, controller, signals, interfaces, environment and enclosure configuration require a combined assessment; no fixed capacity, universal protocol support or unrestricted combination is implied.
| Item | Listed options / configuration | To confirm for the project |
|---|---|---|
| Input supply voltage | AC 220 / 230 / 380 / 400 V | Other voltages are project-specific. |
| Operating frequency | 50 / 60 Hz | Other frequencies are project-specific. |
| Control supply | DC 24 V | Other voltages follow the selected devices and control scheme. |
| PLC & module configuration | PLC brand, CPU, I/O and expansion modules are project-specific | Confirm I/O types and quantities, signal specifications and expansion needs; no fixed capacity is specified. |
| Operation & communications | Optional HMI, local / remote operation and communication interfaces | Confirm protocols, device interfaces and connection requirements individually; not all protocols are supported by default. |
| Degree of protection | IP40 / IP50 / IP54 / IP55 | Confirm specific construction and operating conditions; other ratings require assessment. |
| Enclosure steel thickness | 1.5 / 2.0 mm | Other thicknesses are project-specific; doors, mounting plates and other parts are confirmed separately. |
| Material & surface treatment | Cold-rolled steel / galvanized steel / stainless steel | Material, finish and colour follow project requirements. |
| Installation & environmental control | Wall-mounted / floor-standing | Heat dissipation, filtered ventilation and condensation prevention depend on environment, internal heat and protection requirements. Air conditioning is not included by default. |
| Dimensions & cable entry | Width × height × depth, in mm | Confirm device layout, wiring, cable entry / exit and maintenance space. |
Hardware selection, software functions and system interfaces are confirmed together. Listed device or interface options do not include program development or site system integration by default.
Final parameters, configuration and scope of supply are subject to the confirmed drawings and order agreement.
Mechanical enclosure and mounting accessories follow the confirmed drawings and list.
Enclosure with the agreed components and internal wiring.
PLC programs, HMI screens, system-interface development and site work require explicit agreement on scope, input information, interface responsibilities and deliverables. Complete programming, commissioning and system integration are not included by default.
If information is incomplete, send available equipment descriptions, drawings or I/O information to start a technical discussion. Outstanding inputs are confirmed before defining the scheme and scope.
Use Additional Requirements for known information and outstanding items. After preparing the enquiry draft, attach I/O lists, electrical drawings and control descriptions in your email app.
Request a PLC Cabinet QuoteIncoming, assembly and outgoing checks follow the confirmed product configuration and order scope.
Delivery documents, check scope and test conditions follow the order agreement. Cabinet functional checks do not replace site system commissioning.
No. Brand, CPU, I/O types and quantities, signal specifications and expansion are project-specific. HMI and communication interfaces are optional; universal protocol support is not assumed.
Not by default. Assembly follows confirmed drawings and the device list. PLC programs, HMI screens, interface development and site work require separate agreement.
PLC, HMI, power supply, electrical devices and internal wiring are not included by default. Mechanical enclosure and mounting accessories follow the confirmed drawings and list.
No. Functional checks follow the agreed scope, input signals and test conditions. Site interface, process and equipment commissioning work must be defined separately.
Yes. Send available equipment / process descriptions, drawings and known needs to start a technical discussion. The quote button preselects PLC; prepare the draft, then attach information and review in your email app before sending.
