Power & Branch Distribution · Metal Enclosures

JXF Distribution Boxes

For power distribution, circuit protection and equipment control in low-voltage systems. The metal enclosure accommodates project-defined mounting plates, DIN rails, protection devices, terminals and operating interfaces.

Choose an empty enclosure or assembled equipment. Doors, mounting plate, locks, seals and mechanical accessories follow the agreed list. Empty supply excludes internal electrical components; assembled configuration follows the confirmed drawings.

Typical JXF Applications

These uses help assess suitability; they are not completed project references.

Industrial & commercial buildings

LV branch-distribution circuits configured around project loads and protection requirements.

Floor distribution

Enclosure configuration based on floor circuits, installation location and cable entry needs.

Equipment supply

Power supply, protection and operating interfaces configured to the equipment drawings.

Small control systems

Devices and terminals arranged to the control scheme, with functions and interfaces confirmed separately.

Parameters & Configuration

These options follow the JXF manual chapter. Installation, materials, protection, openings and internal configuration must be assessed together for the project; not every combination is implied to be suitable.

Parameters & Configuration
ItemListed options / configurationTo confirm for the project
Working voltageAC 220 / 380 / 400 VOther voltages are confirmed for the project.
Working frequency50 / 60 HzOther frequencies are confirmed for the project.
Distribution arrangementSingle-phase / three-phaseWiring arrangement and earthing system follow the project scheme.
InstallationWall-mounted / recessedFloor-standing installation depends on the structure and project requirements.
Rated current & circuit countProject-specificConfirmed against loads, circuit count and the protection scheme; no fixed current rating is implied.
Degree of protectionIP40 / IP43 / IP54Other ratings require project-specific assessment and confirmation.
Enclosure steel thickness1.0 / 1.2 / 1.5 mmOther thicknesses are project-specific. Door and mounting-plate thicknesses are specified separately.
Enclosure materialCold-rolled steel / galvanized steel / stainless steelSelected for the project.
Surface finishPowder coating for steel enclosuresStainless-steel finish and colour are confirmed for the project.
Internal configurationMounting plate, DIN rails, circuit breakers, terminals, neutral and protective-earth provisionsDefined by the scheme and supply form; electrical components are not included in empty enclosures by default.
DimensionsWidth × height × depth, in mmDetermined by device layout and installation space.
Cable entry / exitTop / bottom / sideOpenings and interfaces follow the drawings.

Electrical ratings describe the assembled configuration. An empty enclosure alone is not assigned a complete-equipment voltage or current rating.

Final parameters, configuration and scope of supply are subject to the confirmed drawings and order agreement.

Choose Empty or Assembled Supply

Empty enclosure

Mechanical enclosure supply for subsequent assembly by the customer.

  • Doors, mounting plate, locks, seals and mechanical accessories as listed.
  • Mounting construction, openings and cable interfaces follow the confirmed drawings.
  • Internal electrical components are excluded; internal configuration options are not the default empty-enclosure supply.

Assembled equipment

Enclosure with the agreed components and internal wiring.

  • Components, terminals and internal wiring against the confirmed drawings and configuration list.
  • Circuit protection, neutral and protective-earth configuration follow the electrical scheme.
  • Operating interfaces, applicable checks and delivery documents follow the supplied configuration and order agreement.

Interfaces & Additional Scope

External cables, site installation and commissioning require a separate agreement. Mechanical accessories, operating interfaces and partial-supply inclusions must be identified in the drawings and lists.

Define Your JXF Enclosure & Circuits

Start with the installation location, circuit requirements and available drawings, then confirm the mechanical and electrical configuration.

You provide

  • Quantity, empty or assembled supply, voltage and frequency.
  • Rated current, circuits, loads and protection requirements.
  • Installation method, available dimensions, IP rating and environment.
  • Brand preferences, cable entry positions, openings and electrical drawings.

GoodQi confirms

  • Enclosure material, thickness by part, finish, mounting construction and mechanical accessories.
  • Mounting plate and device layout, enclosure dimensions and cable interfaces.
  • Circuit protection, terminals, neutral and protective-earth configuration.
  • Drawings, supply list, applicable checks and delivery documents.

Use Additional Requirements for the supply form, installation method, circuits, IP rating and cable entry requirements. Attach electrical and installation drawings in your email app after preparing the draft.

Quality Checks & Delivery Documents

Incoming, assembly and outgoing checks follow the confirmed product configuration and order scope.

Checks for the supplied equipment

Empty enclosures
Dimensions, structure, surface finish, assembly and supply completeness against the order.
Assembled equipment
Component and wiring checks, insulation, earth continuity, energization and functional checks as applicable to the configuration.

Documents agreed for the project

  • Outline and arrangement drawings
  • Single-line diagram and component list
  • Wiring and interface drawings, where applicable
  • Routine inspection records for the agreed checks

Required documents, submission stages and any witness or special inspection requirements are agreed before the order.

JXF Enquiry FAQ

Does an empty enclosure include circuit breakers and terminals?

Empty supply excludes internal electrical components. Doors, mounting plate, locks, seals and mechanical accessories follow the agreed list; components, terminals and internal wiring belong to the agreed assembled configuration.

Can I choose wall-mounted, recessed or floor-standing installation?

The manual lists wall-mounted and recessed installation. Floor-standing use requires confirmation of the enclosure structure and project needs; one enclosure is not assumed to suit every installation method.

Can cable openings follow my drawings?

Top, bottom or side entry can be defined in the drawings. Opening size, position and interfaces are assessed against device layout, installation space and protection requirements.

How do I submit JXF requirements and drawings?

Select Request a JXF Quote to open the form with JXF preselected. Enter circuit and installation needs, prepare the draft, attach drawings and review before sending.
